7 Business Resource Groups that Engage Employees in Diversity and Inclusion at Lincoln Financial Group

One important way of involving and engaging employees at all levels in Diversity and Inclusion is through Lincoln Financial’s Business Resource Groups (BRGs). Our BRGs play a critical role in our vision to create an effective, beneficial network across each of our locations that drive workplace inclusion, marketplace innovation and community outreach. BRGs offer Lincoln employees support, networking and development opportunities that contribute to the strength of our company.


Lincoln Financial celebrates Global Diversity Awareness through series of events


Last month, October 2017, the BRGs played a large role in Lincoln Financial’s Global Diversity Awareness Month activities, through hosting a series of events that reached hundreds of our employees. The events included everything from educational activities to networking, professional development and even a headshot photoshoot.

Our Veterans Business Group is excited to celebrate Veterans Day

And this month, November 2017, we are proud to recognize veterans for the attributes and unique skillsets that reflect their experiences in service. Contributions from our veterans highlight the value of diversity of background, perspective and thought; together, all of our BRGs enable us to better-serve our employees, our customers and the communities we’re in.
