In June of this year, Lincoln Financial President & CEO Dennis Glass was one of more than 175 chief executives in making an unprecedented commitment to advance diversity and inclusion in the workplace. The CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion™ is the largest CEO-driven business commitment to diversity and inclusion.
